Laura is a certified veterinary technician from Vancouver BC Canada. She has over 13 yrs experience in veterinary medicine with 9 yrs specializing in emergency and critical care. She was a senior marine mammal trainer and marine mammal veterinary technician at the Vancouver aquarium for 6 yrs. Laura and her husband currently live with an English Mastiff, Cane Corso Mastiff/ Lab mix, and a small black cat. |

Dennis Danaeult
Practice Manager
Dennis joins CAH with extensive operations, strategic and project management experience. He is a Certified Veterinary Technician and has spent several years working along side doctors as a Veterinary Technician. His technical knowledge combined with his management experience gives him the eloquent ability to successfully problem solve and communicate with the doctors, technical staff and clients. Dennis is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Phi Theta Kappa. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities, fishing and spending time with his family, dog and cat. |

Bal Channe-Lall
Human Resources Manager
Bal joined CAH team in 2007. She has a Business Degree from the University of Calgary and Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University . Throughout her professional career she has worked in private, public and government agencies. Bal is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Beta Gamma Sigma and SHRM. In her spare time she likes to foster baby animals, hike, bike, swim or spend some family time on the beach. |

Karen Lanphear
Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Karen has worked with the Drs. Mummert for over 25 years. Beginning as a technician trainee at their Norwichtown office she has dedicated herself to the care of animals and their owners in many capacities – receptionist, head technician, anesthetist, hospital manager, kitten foster mom – you name it! She lives in Lisbon with her husband, 2 daughters, 3 horses, 3 dogs, and 5 cats. Her devotion and dedicated service are highly appreciated. |
