Yvette James, Receptionist / Veterinary Technician – Yvette has given our clients and their pets nearly 22 years of dedicated customer service and patient care at the reception desk, in the exam room and in the hospital. She lives in Ledyard with her husband and 2 sons. Her extended family includes 2 dogs and 2 cats – all adopted! She loves reading, ice cream and colorful fall foliage.

     
 

Pam Konakowitz, Receptionist Supervisor – A former veterinary practice manager, Pam offers CAH clients and patients over 17 years of experience in quality pet care. Pam is a loyal General Hospital fan, devoted aunt, and loving mother to many household pets.

     
  Constance Rasha, Pet Health Counselor – Originally from upstate New York , Connie began her career at CAH in 2003.She holds A B.S. in biology/genetics from R.I.T. When not at CAH , she enjoys being outside with her beautiful boxer Abby by her side.
     
 

Debbie Allen, Senior Veterinary Technician – As the lead technician at CAH , Debbie demonstrates true commitment to excellent client service and quality patient care. With nearly 20 years of experience at CAH , Debbie has received her Veterinary Technician Certification, Penn Hip X-Ray Certification and specialized training in Surgical Assistance, Dentistry, CPR, Emergency Medicine and Pain Management in pets.

     
 

Diane Tinker-Knapp, Senior Veterinary Technician – A true animal lover, Diane offers over 15 years of animal care experience including companion animals and exotics. Diane has achieved specialized training in Surgical Assistance, Dentistry, CPR, Emergency Medicine and Pain Management for pets.

     
 

Tabetha Hatcher, Senior Veterinary Technician – Her commitment to animal care began over 15 years ago as a kennel attendant at CAH . Tabetha has received specialized training in Surgical Assistance, Dentistry, Emergency Medicine and Client Education.

     
 

Julie King, Veterinary Technician / Receptionist – Julie began her career as a veterinary technician for the CT Humane Society. A military transfer brought her to CAH where she has received specialized training in Surgical Assistance, Dentistry and Emergency Medicine. Julie's special interests include her two kitties, Moosie & Abby and her new baby boy, Benjamin.

     
  Kathryn Woolrich, Veterinary Technician – With her commitment to customer service and quality care for pets, Kathryn has provided exceptional service to CAH patients and their people for over ___ years.
     
 

Faun Tabor, Veterinary Technician – As our treatment coordinator, Faun offers exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to quality pet care. Faun's special interests include her 4 year old daughter, MaKenna and her recent family addition – a Great Dane named “Brinna”.

     
  Karen Griffin, Hospital Manager – Karens' extensive business background has offered CAH the unusual ability to manage people, numbers and strategic thinking, all in a very professional manner. She is a lifelong resident of Groton . During the last 7 years at CAH she has attended courses in Human Resources and Practice Management. Her communication skills and problem solving ability allow our doctors and technical staff to focus on high quality patient care while she frequently helps to address the concerns of our clients.
     
 

Karen Lanphear, Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant – Karen has worked with the Drs. Mummert for over 25 years. Beginning as a technician trainee at their Norwichtown office she has dedicated herself to the care of animals and their owners in many capacities – receptionist, head technician, anesthetist, hospital manager, kitten foster mom – you name it! She lives in Lisbon with her husband, 2 daughters, 3 horses, 3 dogs, and 5 cats. Her devotion and dedicated service are highly appreciated.
